How to submit a ticket? 


If any of you have any problem with the game or need any sort of support, you can submit a ticket via this link: https://crusoedachshund.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new


It's very easy, you do not need to be registered or anything, but we are recommending.  When you go to webpage from the link above you'll see " New Support Ticket", it will automatically open ticket box for you to submit a ticket! 


If you're reporting a bug, copy the following template into your support ticket and fill in as needed:

[Name it as you'd like!]


Game version:

[1.17.15v for example - you can find this information in the main scene of a game when you launch it]


Platform:

[iOS or Android]

Scene name:

[We have 3 scenes in our game, menu scene (when you lunch the game), map scene and game scene.]

Cause of error:
[Explain to us what did you do in short lines to reproduce that bug.]

REPRO STEPS:
Step 1: ...

Step 1: Fire up the ball in the right corner
Step 2: Press pause button
Step 3: Exit the game by pressing "x" button on "pause" panel.]

Make sure that you entered right email address, otherwise we won't be able to respond if you don't have signed  account. As well you'll receive email confirmation from us on your email.

  

If you created account before you submitted a ticket you can review as well ticket status and respond from there, otherwise you can respond from your email address again to us if it's necessary and you'll reacive respond from us as well on your email address!  

Please do not submit more then one ticket, it will just shift your previous one at the end of respond line, thank you for understanding and wish you all the best!
